From our first contact with Jessica Biggs, she was incredibly patient, helpful, and so kind to us as we planned our move from the east coast. We had a million questions, and she had an answer for every one of them or very quickly found out the answer for us. She is a wealth of information about Cheyenne and made not only the purchase of our home a breeze but made the move across the country less stressful. She went above and beyond any realtor we have ever had. She not only showed us numerous houses over two days on our house hunting trip but assisted us with every step of the way until we arrived in Cheyenne. I will give you a great example of how awesome she really is not just as a realtor but as a person. We had closed on our house but did not move for about 3 more weeks. During that time, Cheyenne had a pretty big storm with lots of wind. Without us even asking, Jessica had already gone past the house to make sure it was ok!!! That should tell anyone how much she cares about her clients and in my opinion, she is second to none in the realtor industry in Cheyenne.
