Hello!
My name is Dave Hondel, and I was born and raised right here in Cheyenne. I have witnessed first-hand this wonder community grow and blossom into the place I'm proud to call my home. I married my beautiful wife Denise in 1997 and together we have raised three remarkable children. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, playing golf...even though I'm still not very good, attending sporting events, the outdoors, and anything involving cars. I even raced stock cars on and off for 30 years.

My entire career has always involved helping others, from fixing their cars to coaching youth sports. The last 20 years I was lucky enough to work with contractors and homeowners as a building supply specialist. I have been directly involved in over 5,000 projects within our community, and I take pride in knowing that I made an impact. From a simple bath remodel to a complete kitchen design and upgrade to working with contractors on construction of new homes from start to finish, my knowledge of homes is what sets me apart. After retiring from Mead Lumber in 2025, I found that I still have the passion, tools, and knowledge to continue to help and serve others.
