Compensation Page
The amount or rate of real estate commission for any brokerage relationship is not fixed by law. RE/MAX Capitol Properties will compensate an outside actively licensed real estate brokerage for completing a cooperative transaction with a buyer as a Buyer's Agent, Intermediary, or Customer upon a successfully funded closing, based on the below compensation percentage chart:

From our first contact with Jessica Biggs, she was incredibly patient, helpful, and so kind to us as we planned our move from the east coast. That should tell anyone how much she cares about her clients and in my opinion, she is second to none in the realtor industry in Cheyenne.
