The Department of Workforce Services office will be in the Sutherlands building right off of Yellowstone.
This is the first time in a long time something has been in that building. There will be a solid 100+ employees brought into this region of Cheyenne daily which will be positive to the surrounding businesses. Along with this change is the most recent opening of Livin’ Well Chiropractic’s new constructed building. This facility is incredible and their service spans beyond just their Chiropractic work but also celebrates their priority of putting family first. Inside of the building they even constructed it to include a room that is for kids specifically. They wanted it to be a home away from home for kids and a place they would want to visit. In fact, recently Livin’ Well Chiropractic was named a finalist for the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet Awards for the Small Business Category. We tip our hats off to them!
Great Harvest closed in 2018 and the building will be occupied by UniWyo in the near future. There were hopes it would be another restaurant, but don’t give up just yet. There are other locations near being assessed for that kind of business. Fingers crossed there will be an additional eatery in the area along with Taco Johns, Big Apple Bagels, Arby’s & Pizza Hut. All of which allow for great variety on the prominent Cheyenne strip.
We asked a few people in our office about the changes and all were excited to see the upgrades. The main feedback from everyone was the sadness over losing Great Harvest Bread Company, but the gaining of activity in the old Sutherland’s Building and the beautiful new building that Livin’ Well Chiropractic built.
