Amber Johnson has been part of our RE/MAX family for nearly four years, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome a part of her family to ours. Troy Johnson has joined his wife Amber at RE/MAX Capitol Properties, and together they are looking forward to bringing the Cheyenne and Laramie County area even more dedicated real estate service.
Troy has lived in Cheyenne for over a decade now, since being stationed at F.E. Warren AFB in 2010. Troy and Amber both share the mutual experience of being in the armed forces, Amber serving in the Air National Guard and Troy serving in the Air Force. They were married in 2016 and have a beautiful blended family of four young adults.
Amber is a Homes for Heroes specialist and has given back an impressive $92,324 to the program last year. Now with fellow Airman Troy beside her they plan on working to give back even more to heroes (military, law enforcement, firefighter/EMS, teachers and medical professionals).
|I recently asked Troy and Amber a few questions about this new chapter they are starting together. Here are their responses.|
Troy – What did you do before real estate, and what motivated you to become a realtor?
“I have worked in the Civil Service as a Contract Specialist at F.E. Warren AFB for the last 9 years. I decided about a year ago I wanted to get my real estate license in order to help Amber with her business. She has been so busy over the last several years, I figured if I could help lessen the load it would ultimately result in us having more time together.”
What are you most looking forward to about working together?
– Troy: Seeing Amber’s beautiful face everyday. Working together to increase the Homes for Heros brand.
– Amber: “Having someone that I can rely on that has the same values and work ethic as I do. Troy is going to be a great Realtor and I’m excited to work together to offer an even higher level of service and experience to our clients.”
What are some new strengths you can offer as a real estate team?
– Troy: A strong team with a desire for success. We are well-versed in the local area and with our past experience in the military we can provide a unique insight for our clients to assist them in buying or selling their homes.”
Amber: “The market is moving quickly and time is of the essence now more than ever. As a team we can ensure that every buyer has the opportunity to see new listings the same day that they hit the market. Weekends are often busy with open houses and showings and now we can maximize those efforts to ensure everyone is taken care of. Seller’s will experience a “concierge” type of service. From scheduling maintenance items and preparing the home for showings to navigating potential obstacles ahead of time. Our goal is to help lessen the stress and burden of the selling process.”
We have no doubt Troy and Amber will make a great team and can’t wait to see where this year takes them. If you are in need of a real estate professional, contact Amber or Troy. Welcome to RE/MAX Troy!
