Tania is a busy lady! She has five children, four who are grown and are part of her Riedel Real Estate Team at RE/MAX Capitol Properties!
She has lived in the Cheyenne area for the past 36 years owning and operating a daycare, construction business and starting her real estate career five years ago! As the owner of her businesses, and with significant knowledge in construction, she is familiar with the real estate industry and well equipped to provide high quality service to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Recently I asked Tania a few questions about her love of selling homes.
You’ve always been in the service industry from owning and operating a daycare to real estate. How do the two fit together to help you be a better real estate agent?
With my experience in these two industries, I know the importance of family and community. You also have to be able to meet the needs of your clients and provide the best care to each individual.
You have chosen to start a team with your children and best friends. Who had the idea to make the team come to life?
Mostly Divine intervention, but I can’t think of anything that would make me happier than to be in this profession with people I love and trust.
What’s your favorite thing to do in Cheyenne?
Snowy Range Ski Area is the only place I want to ski! It’s just my speed. I also love teaching the youth in my care all about what Cheyenne has to offer, whether it be our award-winning library, catching fish at Lion’s park, or our state museums. It’s been a hoot! There are treasures all around us. From Hidden Falls Trail to huge reservoirs, there is no doubt my heart belongs to Wyoming.
