We help our clients navigate their real estate journey daily.
Over the decades, we gathered some essential insights allowing us to best support their needs. There are a variety of programs out in the world to serve first-time homebuyers. But there isn’t much information out there for those looking to sell their home for the first time. No matter the reason for your relocation, there are some critical factors to consider as a seller.
Selecting your Seller’s Agent.
- We recommend finding a seller’s agent who will solely represent you. You don’t want them to juggle negotiating for the buyer-side because they are not 100% representing your needs as a seller.
Consider Average Days on the Market
- When considering a real estate professional, ask them what their average days on the market for listings are related to their inventory of properties listed or those of the full brokerage. You can learn two things from these statistics; how effective the prospective real estate agent’s marketing strategies are when finding the right buyers and how motivated the agents are within the brokerage to sell listings. Both of these are important to know!
- We have a Seller’s Guide and Listing Program that enables us to be top-performers in the industry. Our average day on the market is only 23 days, less than two weeks. Our sellers are pleased with this because they are not risking value on their own. We price homes accurately from the start and strategically market homes to the ideal prospective buyers. This combination allows us to prevent price reductions on the market from too many days-for-sale and will enable us to put our time and attention on areas that matter most for a smooth real estate transaction.
Finding the right selling agent to represent your home will be a huge decision and one you want to take seriously. If you need further assistance identifying qualifications, let us know. We would love to support you and earn your business.
