• When considering a real estate professional, ask them what their average days on the market for listings are related to their inventory of properties listed or those of the full brokerage. You can learn two things from these statistics; how effective the prospective real estate agent’s marketing strategies are when finding the right buyers and how motivated the agents are within the brokerage to sell listings. Both of these are important to know!
