Mike comes to us well-versed in real estate, with 15 years of experience under his belt. Mike, is a decorated United States Marine Veteran. Mike was wounded in combat while serving as a Marine in Iraq, this experience led to his passion for helping veterans as a Veterans Advocate and he believes has made him more compassionate when working with others.
Mike and his wife Gloria recently moved to Cheyenne after knowing they wanted to start a family. Mike being from Los Angeles and his wife from New York, they knew neither of those cities were a good fit for them, so they got to work researching where they wanted to go. Mike said Cheyenne checked more boxes for them than anywhere else in the country. Now that they have been here for over a year, they can attest that they absolutely love it.
Mike said, “I have been in real estate for 15 years and have done residential throughout. I picked up commercial through the years and still do both to this day. I have done flips, ground-up construction, and remodels as well. I have worked with many investors through the years to help them on the real estate side. Working with investors and on the commercial side has helped me with residential because I just don’t see buying and selling a home as a one time occurrence, but rather as a piece to a larger wealth building puzzle. My background helps me to see multiple aspects of every deal.“
