    Welcome Lacey Coward!

    Clients first! This is Lacey Coward’s mantra for real estate. She takes great delight in investing time and care in her clients while helping them achieve HUGE milestones in their real estate journeys. Lacey wants her clients to feel empowered by giving them a greater level of understanding and offering an abundance of resources so they can make confident decisions.

    Lacey has a keen eye for what makes a property stand out and how to get the exposure it needs. She also has experience in managing transactions with a big focus on detail. Overseeing a transaction start to finish has given her more in-depth knowledge of how to direct clients on the front end and to assist in making it a smooth process for all.

    Recently I had a chance to ask Lacey a few questions!

    After working for a real estate office in Colorado and getting your Journalism and Marketing Degree, what made you decide to make the jump into a full time real estate career?
     Working at a Colorado real estate office, I got the privilege to work with some turn key agents. Their dedication to their clients and drive to reach new heights inspired me to take a leap of my own. Coming in as a newer agent can be intimidating but I had an incredible amount of support from my Colorado peers and have begun my real estate journey with confidence. I am very thankful I got to learn from the best of the best and hope to work closely with them in the future, in addition to my new Wyoming peers!
    How will your marketing skills benefit your clients when it comes to selling their home?
    I graduated from UW with a degree in journalism with a primary focus in marketing. Although I didn’t know what I would use my degree for at the time, I now am very glad I spent so many hours learning how to create marketing strategies and write in a way that speaks to specific audiences. I can’t think of a more perfect way to utilize these skills other than in real estate. I am able to offer my sellers more insight into how to gain traffic for their homes on various print and digital platforms. For me, it’s not about what you say, it’s what you do and I promise my clients RESULTS.
    You’ve told me you love scuba diving! How did you get into scuba diving? Do you teach diving too?
    Scuba is my passion. If I disappear for a week or two, you know I am blowing bubbles out in the ocean somewhere! I got into scuba when I was 14 and I was HOOKED. Scuba, in part, is my why for real estate. I have a real calling to explore new places and promote ocean conservation. That’s why 5 years ago, I decided to take it to the next level and get certified to teach scuba classes. It’s hard to find anywhere to scuba in a landlocked area but when there is a will, there is a way! Teaching allows me to not only get my scuba fix, but to show people why scuba and the ocean, are so awesome.
