A father and daughter duo in real estate is the True Team.
Father, Kevin True, is a former electrician turned real estate professional, and his daughter, Adri, followed in his real estate footsteps. They formed a team and excelled. Adri shared that she was surprised when they received the award.
“I know as a team, we always strive for excellence in the business, but it is surprising when you win a big award like that as a smaller team. There are teams throughout Wyoming with more members, so I always expect them to take those major awards.”

In this year’s RE/MAX Hustle Awards, the Trues were awarded fifth place for commissions earned and second place for closed transactions in Wyoming for their 2022 production. This shows their strong abilities to get clients to the closing table and their ability to work with their clients to achieve their real estate goals. What motivates you when you wake up to be a real estate professional?
Helping clients and knowing that today is going to bring great experiences. Sunshine definitely helps too!
What goals do you have in 2023 to further enhance your expertise in real estate and why?
Kevin True shared that team building to help their business be top-notch is what helps them further advance. Adri shared, “I always keep a goal of learning from last year, and this year is no exception. Our team is constantly striving for offering the best service to clients, and I think our 2023 goals align with that motto! In 2023 we are focusing on client care and creating systems to keep our clients up to date on latest market trends, community events, and also give them a small snapshot of our team and what we are up to.”
One thing the True Team is up to, is growing! Monty Byers joined their team earlier this year. He is a perfect addition to the team with his life experience and work experience in technology and customer service!
