There is no rain on the Cheyenne real estate market parade! With Cheyenne Frontier Days 2023 behind us and kids gearing up for back to school and sports, Steve Prescott Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Capitol Properties, shared a Cheyenne real estate market update with us through July 2023.
Approximately 20% down in units sold YTD 2023: 960 units now vs 1200 units 2022. Days on Market slight increase YTD 2023: 39 days average now vs 21 in 2022. Average sales price YTD 2023 down approximately 2%: $393k now vs $402 in 2022. As you can see sales are slower, but the home values are stable year to date. July 2023 stats alone are: 143 Homes Sold 26, Days on the Market, $419k Average Sales Price.
