Thomas Heights started building in 2016 and is a desirable location close to Dell Range Blvd and an expanding Storey Blvd.
Five different builders built the area, and there are no longer any lots available for building. However, nearby plots of the land share neighborhood amenities. Overall the development features close to 60 homes and has multi-family home solutions north, giving the area a vibrancy with the growing families in the area.

Thomas Heights is near a lot of growth. East Cheyenne has been experiencing a lot of change in the last few years. Pershing has become a home to a new business and retail park just up the road. Dell Range Blvd. going east will be home to a new phase of housing and will serve as a close link to town from the Christensen Overpass that is in development. Thomas Heights is located in an area by a premium intersection with Ridge and Storey, which makes it close to many community amenities, while still being able to enjoy Wyoming open spaces. It is also located on a hill with a beautiful vantage point of the Cheyenne and Laramie County landscape.
