Before you even look for a home put a list together featuring your “must haves,” “wants” and “would not want.” Then provide this list to your agent. They can then look at homes through your lens. Upon going to open houses, take the time to picture your family moments in thee kitchen, imagine how you would wake up in the morning and embark on your routine, or how you would sort through your holiday decor after pulling it out of storage.
