Kurt Cobain is a legend and you can hear his voice anytime you hear the song, “Smells Like Teen Spirit.”
His edgy sounds of Nirvana saying “Here we are now, entertain us…” and bands like Soundgarden, bring us back to the 90s phenomenon of grunge music. Grunge music emerged from the Seattle area and it created a culture shift that blanketed the world. It is part of the fabric for many rock fans and it launched a new way of creating music which is still embraced today.
Why is this all important to RE/MAX Capitol Properties? We too are an agency that pushed bounds and was able to create a cultural shift. It wasn’t until RE/MAX that the Agents were empowered to be entrepreneurs with their franchise structure. They were the first agency to allow for women agents in 1976 and a network that spans the globe! We too are part of an agency that is moving people, we don’t do things just because it is how it has always been done but because it is the right way to do it. We believe in innovation, hard work, creativity and we believe in having fun.
So in honor of our grunge music, “hello hello hello hello” [insert Cobain’s voice] and know that we are here ready to welcome you to our community.
We are eager to help you with all of your real estate needs and we want you to know that we are just getting started, there is more yet to be accomplished and we work each day to move mountains!
Special thank you to our talented RE/MAX agents and staff; Heidi Stanley, Michael Turner, Sharla Evans, Amanda Draegert and Mark Puett, for showing us a different view of our community! Did you know Cheyenne has such cool alleys?
PS When you are ready to sell your home in Cheyenne or the surrounding area of Laramie County, think RE/MAX! Our average days on market for our listings averages 28 days for the last two years which is faster than our competitors! We work for you!
