Take a Walk

Move to Cheyenne WY

There are over 1200 national days to celebrate, but this has to be one of my favorite. Too often we get so busy in the hustle and bustle of life that we forget to take a break and enjoy what nature has to offer.

Yes, it is true that, here in Cheyenne, the weather can be rather cold, even at this time of the year. However, www.Weather.com says that today is supposed to be a high of 49F and partly cloudy. This is great walking weather before the next snow makes its appearance.

Some of my earliest memories are when we used to go back to my home country of England. Every time we went, even at 3 or 4 years old, I can distinctly remember asking my parents or my grandma if we could go to Christchurch Park. This park is located in the center of Ipswich. It is beautiful and has a lake with ducks right in the middle. In many ways, it reminds me of walking at Lions Park here in Cheyenne. The picture above is actually of Christchurch Park, Ipswich, Suffolk, England.

The house hunting (buying or selling) can wait, first get out and take a brisk or casual walk. Ask a co-worker to join you, or in the evening go out with the family. It will help you clear your mind, rejuvenate your body, and maybe even clear your heart a bit as you prepare to face whatever Spring 2018 brings to you.

When you have enjoyed your walk, then pick up the phone and call me. I can help you find the right home to buy and/or sell your current home.
