Shop Small on Saturday, November 30th

Shop Small Business Saturday has become a prominent day of shopping throughout the Nation.

It started as an American Express campaign to build awareness around the economic impact of shopping locally. The Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce has been a neighborhood champion of the initiative since 2013. This year there are over 20 participating businesses offering from discounts, to special promotions, new product reveals and so much more. A FULL LIST of them is available HERE.

At RE/MAX Capitol Properties we want to remind you all to shop locally. Statistically if you shop with a locally owned and operated businesses your funds spent will circulate in the community 10 times more than if you spend them with a big box store. This circulation impacts your neighbors, family and friends, and even your own household. The wide-spread support of this campaign has deep rooted importance. By shopping locally you are making an investment in your community and you are helping others you know thrive.

Shop locally beyond just Shop Small Business Saturday. Earn your dollars locally and spend your dollars locally! It matters all year round.

Remember that Shop Small Business Saturday, is the Saturday following Thanksgiving. AND that November 30th is the Cheyenne Christmas Parade. 29 years of this amazing celebration. The parade starts at 5:30 p.m. in downtown Cheyenne, so it is easy to shop locally then relax at the parade right after a successful day of purchasing amazing gifts!
