Saddle Ridge has become a large family friendly development in Eastern Cheyenne.
The development has had a number of phases, including twinhomes, to single family homes and has even supplied Cheyenne with another elementary school to accommodate the volume of children in the area. The new phase will have an estimated 140 larger single family lots, averaging around 9,000 sq. ft. It will also include 130 smaller single family/twin home lots that are an average of 5,000 sq. ft.
The development is within the city limits, thus it will have all of the city services and the new section of Saddle Ridge will accommodate space for another elementary school build. This phase of the Saddle Ridge Sub-division will border the new Christensen Road. Near the new corridor will be a host of lots for further single family homes.
