October Market Insights

Overall there are some market increases for the month of October for 2019.

Buyers are continuing to take advantage of lower mortgage rates. Increased sales make it so that there aren’t that many homes on the market, and they’re selling for a higher price. The National statistics in real estate is still notating that we overall have a challenged supply of housing. This alters then the overall demand pressures such as price and even days on the market.

  • Home sales year over year difference is currently 3.9% over 2018.
  • Median sales prices is 8.4% over 2018 at $254,800.
  • 49 Days on the market.
