Stephanie Prescott, Director of Business Growth and Development
Stephanie has strengthened the International RE/MAX brand in the local market. She is a 5th Generation Wyomingite who has the network and relationships to ensure listings are represented in the right markets. Her years of experience in marketing are nearing two decades. They have allowed her to formulate the best places to capture buyers’ attention for the best results for RE/MAX Capitol Property sellers.
“Family is everything to me. I have three kids who have grown up around the real estate industry and have the privilege of owning the RE/MAX Capitol Properties agency with my husband. We love what we do, but we love it because it allows us to be able to enjoy our loved ones, too.” shared Stephanie, RE/MAX Capitol Properties Owner, and Director of Business Growth and Development.
Stephanie is a co-owner of RE/MAX Capitol Properties and owns it with her husband, Steve Prescott. They purchased the agency in 2012 from Stephanie’s father and have carried forward leading in the real estate market with their ownership. While being in real estate has been a family affair for the Prescotts, they have made it their own through their ownership and have focused their culture around being a family. They are part of a global brand that connects them to a family of professionals under the RE/MAX brand and have cultivated a family of their own within their brokerage.
“Our agents mean the world to us, and we do all we can to make them feel supported and cared for. I think that is what makes our agency so unique in the Laramie County area. We are genuinely invested in our community, and that starts with showing our love for our agents.” shared Stephanie.
Stephanie’s market strategy focuses on giving back to the community and she does this because she knows that it takes investment to build the community we all deserve. She has volunteered for countless organizations from United Way of Laramie County to the Laramie County Library Foundation and as a result, received the 2019 Women’s Leadership Award from the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce.
