While she may be new to Cheyenne, she is no stranger to real estate. Natalie Ouellette comes to us with a background in Commercial-Industrial Real Estate, property management, and over fourteen years in customer service. We asked Natalie a few questions about herself, here’s what she shared.
What are you the most excited about as a new Cheyenne realtor? I am excited to meet new people and become a valued member of this wonderful community! Cheyenne is such a diverse city with a unique charm, city meets rural. As a Realtor, I love how each day is different and all of the cool places this job takes me.
How does your background help you in your career as a residential realtor? Coming from the Commercial Real Estate world and specifically Industrial Property Management provided me with a unique skill set. I was challenged daily with the busy logistics market and with our customers’ ever-changing needs. Unforeseen circumstances at the properties called for quick thinking and creative solutions, and of course, superb customer service. As an agent, my priority is my clients, and my background has prepared me with the tools to support them through each unique transaction.
Why did you and your husband choose Cheyenne? We fell in love with the small-town feel and welcoming community. We knew this would be a great place to raise a family and enjoy all the Cowboy state has to offer.
Where did you grow up? A city called Corona in Southern California.
Having recently moved, did anything surprise you about Cheyenne? The friendliness from people everywhere and no traffic! Coming from SoCal those just aren’t things you see.
What do you like to do for fun? I love being outdoors. My husband and I love to backpack, fish, camp, and hang out with our dogs. I love the mountains so any free weekends or vacation time that’s usually where you can find us!
Tell me a little about your husband! My husband Zac and I have known each other since we were 3. Growing up in the same church our families camped together for many years during the Summer. We reconnected later in life at 19 and have been together ever since. He is my best friend! He loves to hunt and fly fish and you will usually see him with a whisky in hand!
As your real estate agent, she will be committed to providing you with an enjoyable, personable, and professional experience. Whatever your real estate goals may be, Natalie looks forward to the opportunity of supporting you through your real estate journey! Give her a call at (307) 287-9687.
