After nearly a decade of helping people find their perfect car, Chris Allen decided he wanted to help find their perfect home. Chris made the switch to Real Estate earlier this year, joining the RE/MAX Capitol Properties team in June. Chris quickly proved he had what it takes to hustle for his clients.
Though he was born in Delaware, Chris has called Cheyenne home for most of his life. With his father being in the military, Chris’ family moved to Cheyenne when he was four years old and he grew up in the community and attended high school here. Shortly after graduating, Chris joined the Wyoming Army National Guard and served through college in the 115th Artillery Brigade. He did communications, telling howitzers where to fire. Though he spent several years away, Chris moved back in 2011 after realizing “nothing is better than home.” As it turned out, there was more to love in Cheyenne, other than the community he grew up in. During a local karaoke night in Cheyenne, Chris met his wife. The two have been married for four years and have two daughters who they adore.
After working as a sales manager at a local car dealership, Chris decided to make the move to real estate in order to have a more flexible schedule so that he could spend time with his family and do volunteer work in the community. With excellent people skills and a motivated work ethic, Chris is a natural fit to real estate. He is eager to help, positive and hard working. The ability to put other people’s needs before his own is what Chris says makes it easy to help others buy and sell homes. Since starting his real estate adventures this year, Chris enjoys most the comradery of his fellow agents, and helping folks find their perfect home and giving back to the community. He looks forward to many years of watching his clients reach their real estate dreams. Come see Chris at RE/MAX Capitol Properties, or give him a call at 720-934-1900.
