We were so lucky to have Mary’s Mountain Cookies in our downtown open August of 2019.
We are even more excited that they are embarking on their first summer in operation. While it has been a rough start with COVID19 challenges, businesses like Mary’s Mountain Cookies did an exceptional job at adapting and carrying forward operations even despite the restrictions.
Downtown takes a whole new form during the summer months. You have flowers adorning the sidewalks of downtown. Signs are displayed outside with fun outdoor merchandise for passersby. Typically there are live music events for the whole community to enjoy from the Depot Plaza events to the Rock the Block, and Edge Fest. Plus, the best part is you start to see more than the big burly trucks. More residents and visitors are out walking, biking and even skateboarding. It is a whole new experience to be open during the summer months in downtown Cheyenne. We are hopeful that this summer the things we love so much in Cheyenne will return and businesses like Mary’s Mountain Cookies can see the vibrancy that comes with being in downtown Cheyenne.
Mary’s Mountain Cookies, 315 W. Lincolnway, has been such a great addition to our downtown. They feature gourmet cookies and ice cream. They even offer keto cookies, gift baskets, and seasonal treats. Next time you have to buy a client gift or bring a hostess gift, think about something from Mary’s Mountain Cookies. They even offer delivery service, so they are doing all they can to meet the needs of their customers.
The company is a franchise and originally started on a Colorado dude ranch. Later it expanded to feature a location in Old Town Fort Collins. They now have a variety of locations mostly in Colorado and Montana, and now Wyoming!
