Livin’ Well Family Chiropractic started their business in a location off of Logan Avenue. They grew their business up in a 7 year time period affording them to purchase and build their own location off of Yellowstone.
Their location has become a prominent anchor to the shopping complex which once was home to the Sutherland’s home improvement store. This was an area of Cheyenne that was untouched for a long period of time and found a new life with development. It started with the Livin’ Well Family Chiropractic building and the development of a Taco John’s drive-thru. Then the Department of Workforce Services selected the old home improvement store location as their home and invested into significant updates. Finally, the new UniWyo Credit Union established its first Cheyenne Branch in the neighboring location to Livin’ Well Family Chiropractic. They purchased the building which was once Great Harvest and have been in the process of renovating that location for the last year.
The amount of growth of Yellowstone is incredible and much of this can be attributed to the vision of both Dr. Heather Smith and Dr. Marley Smith had when they selected their property to build their business. It was a prime piece of real estate that was longing for some action, and it finally got it!
Another reason we highlighted Livin’ Well Family Chiropractic in today’s feature because we, at RE/MAX Capitol Properties, strive to provide our agents and clients a fun, safe and loving environment for them and their families.
