Thank you to everyone who made it out to the 2018 Parade of Homes!
Attendance: South East Wyoming Builders Association (SEWBA) estimates that there were 1800 people through the Parade of Homes for 2018. We think this is an awesome number especially considering it was only one weekend this year compared to the typical two weekends in August. It seems we weren’t the only ones who were fans of changing the date. All of our RE/MAX Capitol Properties agents that volunteered to help over the weekend commented on the terrific turnout!
Donations: Hot dog sales for Adopt A Child For Christmas went great! We were able to donate $698 to Corey Loghry of Lynn Buys Houses the organizer behind Adopt A Child for Christmas. Good job to Steve Prescott on his hotdog selling skills! Corey said, “this donation will go a long way in covering the people who commit to buying a gift for a child and never follow through.” All of us at RE/MAX are thankful to help!
Giveaways: We had the pleasure of giving away three $250 gift cards to attendees. We had one to Menards, one to Lowes and one to Home Depot. Our winners were drawn live on Facebook. It gives us great joy to see the excitement on the winners faces and hear the happiness in their voices! We hope they enjoyed the Sunset Home as much as we did when they stopped out! One of our winners had already flown home before she got her message that she won. Happy shopping!
