Its a Good Time to Sell

Cheyenne Open Houses

Even during the pandemic, we have been seeing a regular volume of real estate activities and transactions have remained on track.

We understand that there may be a reason to push pause when buying or selling a home during the pandemic. There is a volume of uncertainty that we are dealing with. However back in April Real Estate Broker, Steve Prescott, shared this to everyone and also expressed how there are some advantages right now if you are planning to sell your home. With jobs and natural life changes, there is still regular real estate activity occurring and our agents at RE/MAX Capitol Properties are taking the right safety precautions to be able to stay healthy but yet also serve the clients coming our way.

  • Quick Market Update: There remains a high volume of buyers on the market, especially for the price point of $180,000 to $260,ooo. The lack of inventory makes it difficult to serve these buyers but if you are a seller, this can be leveraged for a higher sale price. When there is a shortage of supply this tends to drive up the prices of homes and this economic activity is something we have been experiencing for a while now. We simply wanted to remind everyone, especially if you are looking to sell.
