We are excited to announce the recent addition of a new real estate professional to our agency, Heather Mendoza.
Growing up at the foot of the Big Horns and living in Cheyenne for several years has allowed Heather to appreciate the unique and diverse beauty that Wyoming offers. Cheyenne has welcomed her and her family with a small-town feel and sense of community. This area is a place she has been able to call home and was eager to help others do the same.
One of her strengths in real estate is her ability to advocate for her customers and clients no matter what side of the transaction she is representing. She does it professionally.
“The majority of my professional history has been spent in management and banking. I know that the knowledge and skills I have gained transfer seamlessly into real estate. For example, being able to serve my client’s needs in any unique situation we may face together.” expressed Heather, “I commit to being the voice of my client’s needs and preferences whether you are buying or selling your home.”
She attained a degree in business and is currently working on marketing credentials. The educational pathway has reinforced her passion for helping others, as well as tap into her creativity. Whether it is making a unique item of home décor or a customized t-shirt to support a small business, she finds joy in all aspects. At RE/MAX Capitol Properties, we pride ourselves on having real estate professionals focused on their clients’ needs and serving them uniquely. Heather will be able to achieve them both.
Here is a little more about Heather:
- Why did you choose a career in real estate?
I chose a career in real estate because I love being in customer service and helping people succeed. Real estate is one of the largest purchases people will make throughout their life, and I want to make it a great experience and something to celebrate.
- What’s the most vital skill that will make you an excellent real estate professional?
My ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with my clients is one of my vital skills. As I get to know a client’s professional needs, I focus on building rapport and getting to know them. The more I can learn and connect with a client, the better I can assist. Many times this leads to a lasting relationship and friendship.
- What’s your favorite fall activity?
Pumpkin patches and watching Halloween movies!
