Homes Heroes Rewards Exceed $50K in Cheyenne

Homes for Heroes RE/MAX Capitol Properties

Amber Johnson and Christine Goodman are the Homes for Heroes real estate professionals at RE/MAX Capitol Properties.

They have committed to giving back to first responders and front-line workers going through the home purchasing process. Total rewards given to Heroes since January is $51,224.94, reaching over an incredible $50K! Amber was the first agent to join the Homes for Heroes Foundation on their quest to give back to such essential workers. This year she has contributed personally $2K to the Foundation in addition to the rewards she gives directly to the hero. Christine joined the Foundation this year and has donated $805.40 in addition to the cash rewards she gives directly to the hero.

The awards can help to improve the homes of our heroes. Mr. Wrhel is a teacher who used his reward to purchase a new furnace for his home after closing. The Simmer Family, they are Law Enforcement, used their reward to make updates to their new home. Rewards can help to expand the opportunities of their home purchases and is an opportunity to give back to such important people.

In July of 2020, single-family home was purchased by the Taco Tycoons Family. They shared, “Earlier this year, we were blessed to cross paths with Amber Johnson as our agent in buying our new home. Amber’s astute business sense, her work ethic, and her generous heart are a winning combination for success.”

Christine shared that her buyers and sellers have used their cash rewards savings to finish off their laundry room, toward finishing their basement, backyard deck, and two of my heroes have purchased washers and dryers.

“I am so happy my buyers and sellers have purchased and employed local people and local stores here in Cheyenne. Being a small business owner myself, I realize the importance of spending our money here in our hometown of Cheyenne. I look forward to helping more buyers and sellers in the future.” expressed Christine.
