Homes for Heroes: Home Buying Solution

Homes for Heroes is the nation’s largest organization that provides savings, grants, and services to our nation’s military, veterans, teachers, public safety, and healthcare workers through exclusive home programs.

The program was established shortly after 9/11 to help give back to the heroes in our nation. This network comprises of real estate agents, loan officers, and local businesses banding together to help. Eligible heroes, on average, receive $2,400 and savings advantages through the program.

Homes for Heroes Realtors in Cheyenne serve our local heroes through the home buying and selling process. Here at RE/MAX, we have two affiliates here to help:

Amber Johnson and Christine Goodman – Real Estate Specialists for Heroes

The funds come directly from their commission, 25% to the Heroes at closing. The realtors then send another 5% to the program for local heroes in need. This is not a complicated process – there are no hidden forms or fees. A home is one of the most significant investment decisions you can make, and our local specialists understand how important their role is in making it happen for you.
