One way they do this is through the Beautification Award. If a business wants to go for the gold, they need to operate as a businesses which sets the standard. Cheyenne is unique where there are countless businesses who do an exceptional job and a way to recognize them is through these special awards.

The Community’s Beautification Award was given to local entrepreneurs, Jon and Renee Jelinek. They started their journey in 2013 opening up the Paramount Cafe and have expanded to owning the whole Paramount Theatre Building, Majestic Building, and opened a co-working space, as well as the Paramount Ballroom. As real estate professionals, we appreciate entrepreneurs and community members who have a vision but take the action steps to make things happen.
