Additionally, the median age in Laramie County is rising, reflecting the aging “Baby Boomer” population and the demand for age-appropriate housing. Recent data from Governor Mark Gordon’s Economic Analysis Division (December 2021) reveals positive net migration from July 2020 to July 2021.
