When you build a new home with Frontier Construction, quality is never an upgrade.
Tyler and Christina Walton, the Cheyenne Dream Team at RE/MAX Capitol Properties, are proud to represent this Wyoming-based, family-run business.
“We wanted a name representing our dedication to working in Wyoming, specifically Laramie County. Frontier also speaks to my love of the history of the American West, and the deep roots my family has here,” said General Contractor Bryan Seghetti. “Our favorite thing about building in Cheyenne is simply the community. I get to work with the greatest people, and almost everyone becomes more than just a business associate—they’re friends too.”
Style and standards meet in every Frontier build, with signature touches like showstopping master bathrooms and hidden walk-in pantries. Seghetti and his team are committed to creating stunning and functional spaces you’ll love to call home.
“We use only the best sub-contractors. Every sub knows what it means to build a Frontier home: quality,” says Bryan of what buyers can expect when working with his company. “And on our custom and semi-custom homes we use an interior design team that’s the best in the business—they stay on top of the trends while staying true to Wyoming style.”
Wyoming natives and husband and wife real estate team, Tyler and Christina Walton, began their partnership with Frontier Construction in 2020. The Cheyenne Dream Team’s focus on providing top tier service through client education, empowerment, and care compliments Frontier’s building philosophies—which is a must when you’re building people’s dream homes!
“It’s been so enjoyable to work with Bryan, Carissa, and the entire team at Frontier. Their emphasis on building homes as if each one was their own aligns with our standards of client care,” said Christina of their working relationship. “It helps that there are a lot of laughs too.”
An early draft of this interview suggested the name Frontier was an homage to their intention to start building on Mars, “the last true frontier.” But for now, Frontier and the Seghetti family are sticking to Cheyenne. “As a lifelong resident, I don’t think I could live anywhere but Wyoming. Cheyenne quickly became home for our family. If we’re not working, we can usually be found in the hills and mountains of this great state. Not many places in Wyoming have the opportunity for growth like Cheyenne does.”
