It caused a shift in-home shopping in going more virtual than in person but the real estate transactional processes remained. Financial institutions for lending, title companies, and our agency all remained open and kept activities on track to meet the needs of our buyers and sellers. In fact, days on the market for sellers is less than a month. Some of this has been fueled by the exceptionally low-interest rates and especially for home prices ranging from $180k to $260k.
