The County Fair will be relocated to the Archer Complex and this new facility will offer an array of opportunities.
Laramie County Commissioners have shared that the construction for the Archer Complex is moving along nicely. The facility will be a great location for additional community events from wrestling competitions, to larger expos to even private events like weddings, concerts and more! With the East of Laramie County growing at such a rapid rate, this will be a great amenity for the region. Be sure to take a drive by the construction and then come see it once it is completed. The projected completion will be end of August or early September.
I asked Adri True, a REALTOR with us at RE/MAX and her family is extremely involved with the County Fair every year, what she thinks this new location for the Fair will do for our community and she said,
It means more opportunities for our whole county, better accessibility for our Eastern Laramie County residents, and a better chance to see the whole fair all in one location. I think this move creates a lot of opportunities for our fair to grow and expand!
PLUS, the Laramie County Commissioners recently hired an Events Manager who will handle bookings at this facility and will be focused on economic advancement with bringing dollars to the community. The new hire will be relocating from Montana soon. Keep an eye out for that! Read more HERE.
