Congratulations to Adrianna “Adri” True for being named to the 40 Under 40 List!
Stephanie Prescott said she nominated Adri for the recognition because she is always impressed with Adri’s ability to think well beyond her years.
Adri has always shown leadership qualities and an ability to think beyond her young age. She got her real estate license at 18, completed her BA in Theater while working on her real estate career and started True Troupe a theater production company all by 23 years of age! Adri can always be counted on in the office to help other agents, cover the front desk, attend many trainings and treat her customers with the utmost respect and service.
When asked by the Wyoming Business Report why she should be on the 40 Under 40 list, Adri responded:
Explain your professional role in Wyoming and how you have had an impact on your organization.
In Wyoming, I have worked as both a Realtor and a founder of True Troupe Theater Company. As a Realtor, I have worked hard to inspire both young professionals in the business to strive to excellence, education, and creativity. This year, I was elected as a 2 year director to the Cheyenne Board of REALTORS. I have also continually helped younger homeowners achieve their goals and aspirations. With True Troupe, I have had a much larger goal, one of inspiring artists both young and old to achieve a passion and a goal, no matter where they start. Our company’s mission is to create an open space where artists have the opportunity to perform in places where traditionally they would not be recognized or selected. Our company recognizes the need for new and passionate artists, and we welcome all to learn and experience through our programs with warmth and passion.
Share achievements you have received through professional recognition.
In 2019, I have been elected as a 2 year director to the Cheyenne Board of REALTORS. I also earned my Accredited Buyers Representative and Pricing Specialist Analysis Designations through the National Association of REALTORS. In 2018, I became a member of the RE/MAX Executive club. This was also the year I founded True Troupe. In 2017, I earned a Bachelor’s of Arts from the University of Wyoming, with Honors. During my time at UW, I was given the Excellence in Teaching Young Artists award. This was from my experience teaching at Cathedral Home of Wyoming, helping at risk youth to find a voice and a passion. During my time volunteering there, I encouraged our artists to commit to kindness to each other, and we would start every rehearsal with a kind word or a kind gesture.
Describe how your work through community service and charitable giving has helped others in the region.
Giving back to my community and helping raise a generation of caring, open individuals has always been a passion of mine. I have for many years taught young artists an open, kind attitude where criticism must always be followed with words of kindness and encouragement. True Troupe has made a commitment to creating a culture of consent, kindness, and compassion. We strive to change the discussion in art from criticism and seeing things as “less than” and toward a more open, positive discussion. We encourage diversity in our art, particularly with our youth. We love seeing them reach outside their box, and one of my goals as a company owner has been to encourage young people to grow happy, healthy bodies, whatever that looks like for them. In addition to my work with my company, I have volunteered for Cheyenne Board of REALTORS, Grace for 2 Brothers and many more.
It’s easy to see why we think Adrianna is a great friend and associate! Cheyenne’s community is lucky to have such good young people stepping up. Congratulations Adri, well done! If Adri can help you with your real estate goals in 2020, give her a call at 307-635-0303 or visit her online.
