ABR: Why Buyer representation is more important now
Buying a home right now can feel incredibly overwhelming. How do I navigate multiple offers when I love a home? How do I make my offer stand out above the rest? Is there a way that I know I am getting a good deal? This is where a Buyers Agent with an Accredited Buyers Representation designation can come in super handy!

What is ABR and why is it important to me? An ABR certified agent goes through specific training to help an agent navigate changing markets, prepare buyers for all possible outcomes, and help to review a home and recommend inspections so the buyer knows they are getting the most bang for their buck. ABR certified agents have the knowledge, skills and can do attitude to help you as a buyer navigate the rough seas that any market brings. ABR designations come directly from the National Association of REALTORS, and require education, sales, and customer reviews to receive.
Why don’t I just call the agent on the sign? Isn’t that the best way to see the house? With a buyers agent, they work for you as the buyer. We help you negotiate tough contracts with sellers, give a neutral party to the transaction, and represent your interests in all situations. This gives an advantage over working with an agent on an intermediary or customer basis. For a full description of how an agent can represent you, call me at 307-287-7320.
My ABR designation not only helps me, but helps you buy your new home! Give me a call today and I can assist you in the process of buying a home!
