Cheyenne Frontier Days evening entertainment started in the 1960s and has since become part of Cheyenne Frontier Nights™. 

The is one of the largest revenue generating aspects of the 10 day rodeo. The Charlie Daniels Band has performed the most including performances in three different decades. They are well known for their "Devil Went Down to Georgia" song and is one folks still enjoy. Reba McEntire is the female entertainer to perform the most with her first performance being in 1989. Now she is a famous actress who had her own sitcom, has been a judge on the talent development show "The Voice," and so much more. It is special that her career has expanded extensively and the City of Cheyenne's tradition of Frontier Days played a signifcant part.
