Meet Collin Kostelecky and his wife, Chrissy, who have proudly called Cheyenne home for the past 15 years. Collin's extensive background in the construction industry spans over three decades, making him a seasoned expert in the field. He began his career working for his family business in the lumber yard, truss plant, and door shop, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the building supply side of construction for 17 years. This foundation allowed him to transition to a role at MiTek Industries, where he trained professionals to use advanced design software for floor and roof trusses for two years. In Cheyenne, he spent the last 11 years as General Manager for a homebuilder, overseeing all construction aspects and honing his leadership skills while managing diverse projects.

In 2015, Collin started a small side business initially focused on verifying project progress for bank construction loans. This side hustle slowly transformed into assisting friends with small projects and soon blossomed into a flourishing business, encompassing renovations, remodels, and additions. As of 2023, Collin and his oldest son Justin decided to fully dedicate their time to ACCESS Construction, expanding their offerings to include spec homes. Their vision is to create beautiful, thoughtfully designed spaces that cater to the unique needs of families in the Cheyenne area, ensuring that every project reflects their commitment to quality craftsmanship and a genuine love for the community.
