Over the decades, the Pointe Neighborhood has become a versatile development in the northern central City of Cheyenne.
What started as a single-family home development offering 700 building sites (both residential and commercial) eventually accommodated other living options, including townhomes and apartments, making the Pointe Neighborhood a more diverse community. These multi-family home options have become an excellent solution for young families and seniors. In addition, the development is home to Primrose Senior Living and has several commercial businesses, including a dance studio and a gymnastic facility.
