RE/MAX Capitol Properties is excited to invite you to participate in our “socially distanced” Trunk Or Treat founded by one of our real estate professionals, Mason Dieters!Â
This fundraiser will raise money for the Unaccompanied Student Initiative, an organization dedicated to helping homeless students from 14-20 years of age. Everyone is welcome to attend this free event at 3260 E Nationway on October 31st from 2-5.Â
“This is a brand new event. I was inspired to create the event after hearing some states putting restrictions on Halloween activities due to COVID-19. I figured that we could offer a safe alternative to trick or treating for kids and parents alike.” shared Mason, “We got involved with the Unaccompanied Student Initiative because their cause is close to my heart. I encourage everyone to help who is able and would love everyone to attend!”
Anyone who wants to help can either donate $25 or more for space or bring one or more of these new (not used) items:
- Twin Blankets
- Hand Towels
- Wash Clothes
- Bathing Towels
- Laundry Baskets
- Grocery gift cards
- Visa/MC gift cards
- Cleaning Supplies
Set up can be as early as 12:30 but be in your place by the 2 p.m. start time. If you plan to reserve a spot, make sure to come with plenty of candy for the kiddos. Decorations for your space is not required but encouraged. Face masks and gloves as desired.Â
