12 Reasons We Love What We Do: The Freedom

As we share with you our 12 reasons we love what we do, we have to admit, it is getting us energized for 2022. 

We are doing this deep-dive of what helps us have the passion for our profession because it is fun! The next three we will be sharing with you are unique because we get to celebrate the lifestyle as real estate professionals in Cheyenne, Laramie County, and Wyoming in particular.

Here are our next three reasons:

1. We have the freedom to work from anywhere. 
   • We love that we are not always stuck in an office but can go to a coffee shop or a local diner to hear the community happenings and grab some delicious grub. Or, we can explore other communities to get ideas and figure out how we can incorporate new elements through our role as real estate professionals in our community. This also comes with creating our schedule, enabling us to serve our clients best. We can be available then for our clients when it works in their lives. It is a win-win.
2. Real estate is fun and a personable experience.
   • As a real estate professional, you have to strike up a conversation with anybody. Typically, people in this industry are deemed extroverts, but it is a trained skill to find clients and figure out how to be of service to them. You can still be introverted, work in real estate, and foster excellent relationships. It is all about being personable and building relationships that can be done in various ways, and it is what makes our work so much fun.
3. The sky is the limit.
   • This industry provides autonomy that puts your destiny in your hands, which is why we love what we do. We don’t have to deal with corporate politics or redundancy; we get to focus on our work and take it as far as we desire. We are all known for our “working hard and playing hard!”

Overall, what we love the most is the flexibility our profession provides to enable us to be our most successful. We are here to serve our clients and that is at the center of all that we do.
