Providing my knowledge and experience to buyers and sellers.
I began my career in real estate in 1998 working as a mortgage loan originator and in 1999, obtaining my WY real estate license. Until 2005, I served my clients as both a loan originator and real estate agent and at that time my passion was for the real estate side and not in finance. Over the past 20 years I have worked in multiple positions including mortgage loan originator, Listing agent, Buyers representative, sales manager and most recently managing broker for a large firm with 75 agents. Today my passion has gone full circle and has brought me back to the piece of the business I love the most, helping buyers and sellers transfer the ownership of real estate.
I have sat on many local boards including The Cheyenne Board of REALTORS, Wyoming Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS and the City of Cheyenne’s Special Friends mentoring program. My desire to serve has led me to volunteer for several organizations. 2018 begins my 11th year delivering for Meals on Wheels. Every Friday morning, you will find me away from the office “feeding the Peeps” I’ve volunteered many hours swinging a hammer for Habitat for Humanity including leading a group on a team build in Mobile Alabama after Hurricane Katrina. I have also been a youth mentor for Special Friends and participated in the MS150 fundraiser for the Wyoming.
Outside or real estate, my biggest passion is cycling. In 2015 I rode 1300 miles from Cheyenne to San Francisco and in 2016 I did another solo ride pedaling 2000 miles from Cheyenne WY to Orlando FL. I decided to turn my vacation to Florida into a fundraiser which raised over $20,000 for local charities thanks to the generous giving and support from people in our community. 100% of proceeds were delivered to Habitat for Humanity, Cheyenne Day of Giving and Across the Street Homes, three local organizations that provide food, clothing and shelter to people in need.
