I have lived in Cheyenne for over 30 years and I am one of only a few "Accredited Buyer Representatives" in Wyoming certified by the National Association of Realtors. As with all RE/MAX Realtors I list and sell homes with great success. I believe that by specializing in "Buyer Representation" I am more closely attuned to current buyer trends and needs, and that my buyer orientation is an asset in helping home sellers better understand buyer motivation and negotiating strategies. Whether representing the home seller or buyer I believe that consumer education is first and foremost.
